Welcome to Honest Broker Pros. By accessing our platform, uploading merchant records, or submitting a business funding evaluation form, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Evaluation Services

Honest Broker Pros provides independent marketing and onboarding assistance in connection with Valued Merchant Services (VMS). Any analysis, estimated rate savings, or conditional business financing options provided are preliminary estimates based entirely on the processing records provided by the user.

2. Statement Upload Rules & Truthfulness

By uploading document processing statements, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized owner, officer, or legal representative of the business associated with the statements.

• All document text, transactional histories, volume figures, and fee structures are unaltered, authentic, and accurate.

• Submitting incomplete, redacted, or falsified merchant processing statements voids your eligibility for any evaluation analysis or rate guarantees.

3. The $500 Rate-Beat Guarantee Rules

To legitimately qualify for the $500 Rate-Beat Guarantee evaluation framework, the business must:

• Provide a complete, consecutive 1-to-3 month set of your most recent merchant processing statements showing actual fee deductions.

• Allow Valued Merchant Services an opportunity to generate a written competitive processing offer.

• The guarantee payout rules, processing frameworks, and final determinations are handled exclusively under the underwriting guidelines established by Valued Merchant Services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Honest Broker Pros is an independent referral partner. We shall not be held liable for any operational adjustments, system changes, contract terms, or account service actions executed between your business entity and Valued Merchant Services.
